Donations update - Week 2

On Tuesday we delivered much needed fruit, veg and essential foods to Age UK Wandsworth. The donations were included in wider food packages which are delivered to over 1,000 Wandsworth residents who are elderly or vulnerable.

We also delivered boxes to the Earlsfield Food bank and Home cafe. By opting to ‘Donate a Box’ when placing your weekly order, you’re helping us provide these organisations with over half of their weekly produce needs meaning they can provide hot meals to:

  •   NHS staff at the Neurodisability Hospital in Putney
  •   Free school meals to those with vouchers from local primary schools
  •   A number of elderly people in the community

This Friday we’ll also be donating to a local care home where we will be providing food boxes for their key workers who are finding it hard to set aside time to visit the supermarket. While a small act from us it enables these key workers to focus their time and attention on those who need it most as well as their loved ones.

If you'd like to make a donation, you can do so here.
