One-off orders need to be placed before 11pm on Monday night. The last chance to make any changes to your Subscriptions is also 11pm on Monday night.

When Will You Deliver My Box?
We deliver to all SW London postcodes between 5-9pm every Tuesday and will send you a delivery estimate and tracking link when you box is on the way.
What If I'm Not Going To Be In?
We can leave somewhere safe or with a neighbour. You can also skip, pause of cancel your delivery at any time by letting us know at email@example.com or by Managing Your Account.
Who Will Deliver My Box?
All deliveries are made by ourselves. We have already implemented a number of ways to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing delivery days optimising delivery routes, and using shared vehicles.
Can I Choose A Delivery Date & Time?
We deliver on Tuesday (5-9pm) every week. We plan our routes to minimise carbon emissions and food miles and so can’t offer delivery time slots. If we arrive and there's no one at home, we will follow your instructions and leave the delivery somewhere safe.
Is There A Minimum Order Value?
There is no minimum order value, just order what you need for the week.
I'm Going On Holiday, Am I Tied Into A Contract?
There is no contract, you are free to skip, modify or cancel your order at any time by Managing Your Account.
How Do I Skip A Delivery?
Log in to your account to skip a delivery.
Click the Delivery Schedule tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. If you want to unskip a delivery, click Unskip next to the order.

How Do I Log In To My Customer Account?
You can access your customer portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
How Do I Cancel A Subscription?
Log in to your account to cancel your subscription.
Click the Subscriptions tab and select Edit next to the product you want to cancel. Scroll down on the subscription page and click Cancel subscription. Select a cancellation reason and click Proceed.
How Do I Update My Card Details Or Email?
Log in to your account to change your billing details.
In the payment methods tab, you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed.
If you’d like to edit the payment method assigned to a specific address profile you can do so via the subscriptions tab by editing your existing subscription. This is also where you can adjust the email on file for that subscription.
How Do I Update Or Add A New Delivery Address?
Log in to your account to update your shipping address.
Click the Shipping addresses tab to show all of your shipping addresses. Select the shipping address you want to update or click Add new shipping address to enter a new address. Follow the prompts to update or create a new address.
How Do I Change My Password?
Go to the account login page and click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. You will have the option to reset your password.
When Do You Take Payment?
We take your first payment via credit or debit card at the time of order. Following payments are on the morning of your scheduled delivery, usually around 5am on a Tuesday.

On the morning of your delivery, you have the chance to shape your box. It's really easy, quick and interactive and what's more, we learn and adapt to your likes and dislikes over time.

What Extras Do You Offer? Bread, Eggs, Milk etc
We work with small independent producers across London to source artisan bread, eggs and milk as well as seasonal one-offs. You can add these on the morning of your delivery as a one-off, and edit your subscriptions by Managing Your Account here. Or if you prefer, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How Does The Box Adapt To Me?
Every time you order, we build up a better picture of what you like and dislike. If you say 'never send me potatoes', we will never send you any potatoes. We hate food waste!
How Are You Reducing Your Carbon Footprint?
We are committed to preserving and enhancing the world we live in and are continually trying to reduce our carbon footprint in everything we do. We have already implemented a number of ways to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing delivery days and optimising delivery routes, reducing plastic in food packaging, re-using boxes and targeting zero food waste – all while ensuring the upmost safety of our customers and team.
How Do You Recycle Boxes?
You can leave out last week's box for us to recycle it for you. In the box, you can also clean out your cupboards and leave any unwanted long-life food and we will find a good home for it. With your help we can redistribute to local charities and FoodBanks through our Donate A Box initiative. Households in the UK waste 6.6 million tonnes of food per year, and we'd like to help you make a small dent in that figure!
Are You Plastic Free?
We never create our own plastic. We also avoid items that are wrapped in plastic. Although we come across very little, we are unable to say we are entirely plastic free as some items are delivered to us with small amounts. We are working with our suppliers to change this. Rest assured, by shopping with us you will be leaving a lot less waste behind than if you were to shop at the supermarket.
How Do You Create Zero Food Waste?
We are the only seasonal box scheme that gives you the ability to customise your box and create zero food waste. How do we do it?

Is All Your Produce Locally Sourced / British?
We source as locally as possible and have some incredible farms and suppliers we work with. However, whilst out of season, we do have to look abroad. We will never use air freight.
Is All Your Produce Organic?
All of our produce is grown by responsible farmers with meticulous care. Lots of our produce is organic, however, at this moment we can not say that we are 100% organic.
