Cookies that Count (x2)

ABOUT COOKIES THAT COUNT
Set up by friends and former work colleagues, Sarah and Jessica (our resident chef!), Cookies That Count offers boxes of freshly baked, chocolate and sea salt cookies. Their aim is to make the cookies using donated surplus ingredients, where possible, and donate 35% of profits to charity. At the moment, they’re raising funds for Hospitality Action, to help support their industry peers.
At the start of lockdown, a week or two into being furloughed, they received an email from one of their regular customers, asking if they could share their cookie recipe as he was missing them so much. After that email exchange, Sarah and Jess both started baking cookies for their fellow volunteers at the charity centre where they were volunteering their time. This evolved into them sending out care packages of cookies to their family and friends, who greatly appreciated it and loved receiving cookies in the post, and so the business was born.
